Our Response to COVID-19

Champion Chrysler Center wants to inform you that we are taking all precautionary measures to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees. We are cleaning all customer and staff touch points diligently. We are disinfecting each car, specifically after test drives and customer service appointments. We will continue our regular business hours unless CDC regulations change due to the public health crisis. Our hours will remain 8 am to 5:30 pm. Monday through Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Champion would like our customers to know that we are here for you and will do everything we can to serve you during this difficult time.

Champion is here to make your car buying experience easier. Using our website tools such as trade in value estimator, payment estimator, pre-approval program etc. or by giving us a call we can help walk you through all the major steps right at home. If you do not feel comfortable leaving your home for a test drive, do not worry we will bring the vehicle to you. Communicate with us via Facebook or give us a call.  We are also offering a pickup and delivery service for all your vehicles service needs. Give our service department a call and we will get your vehicle serviced, sanitized and returned safely to your home. We will ensure that our showroom is a safe place to be by limiting the number of people in and out of the showroom and schedule as many appointments ahead of time to keep this standard. 

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Champion Chrysler Center, Inc. is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

• Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
• Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
• Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
• Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.
